Cheer Program

Ms. Patricia’s recreational cheer program is designed to help your daughter get a jump on the competition at their school as she competes one day for a spot on the cheerleading squad.  Our program offers cheer classes for girls age 5 years and up and incorporates fun learning activities that promote self-confidence.  It is designed to teach your child the basics such as cheerleading motions, basic stunts, jumps, dance and tumbling. They will work on flexibility, endurance and stamina.  The classes consist of three main components.

• Basic stretching, muscle building and conditioning
• Tumbling Skills
• Cheer technique such as voice, arm positions, expression, movements, chants, cheers, dance, poms and stunts

Cheerleading is not only about technique; but also about having a positive attitude, confidence, teamwork and enthusiasm. These are the qualities we want each girl to develop.
