Boys' Class |
When boys turn six years old, they progress to the boys’ only gymnastics class. Our boys’ classes offer much more than just the opportunity to learn basic gymnastics skills. Our active, high energy class will direct and channel your son's energy in an environment that is both fun and safe. Boy’s gymnastics events include; parallel bars, floor, vaulting, rings, high bar, mushroom, pommel horse and tumble track. Our curriculum introduces basic skills and concepts while improving both strength and flexibility. The boys learn not only gymnastics, but will acquire a foundation that will strongly complement any sport they desire to pursue in the future.
